NYKS recruitment 2019 educational qualifications

District Youth Coordinator

Post Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalen.

  • Desirable: Three years experience in Youth activities / Rural Development/ other social sectors including
    voluntary work in a reputed organization.

Junior Computer Programmer

  • Essential:
    Master Degree in Computer Science or B.E./MCA from a recognized University
  • Desirable:
  1. Work experience for minimum three years in Development and Designing software programmes
  2. PG Degree of Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD) in various courses will be an added advantage.

Senior Hindi Translator:

  • Essential:
  1.  Master’s Degree of a recognised University in Hindi/English or with English. Hindi as a
    compulsory/elective subject or as a medium or examination at degree level.                                                                                                                                    (OR)
  2.  Master’s degree of recognised University in any subject other than Hindi/English with Hindi and
    English as compulsory/elective subject or either of two as medium of examination and the other as a
    compulsory/elective subject at degree level.                                                                                                                                                                                         (OR)
  3.  Master’s degree of recognised University in any subject other than Hindi/English with Hindi/English
    medium and English/Hindi as compulsory/elective subject or as a medium of examination at degree
    level and Recognised Diploma/Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and vice versa
    in Central/State Govt. Offices including undertakings and autonomous bodies of GOI                                                                                                                       (OR)
  4. Bachelor’s degree of a recognized University with Hindi and English as compulsory/elective subject
    or other of the two as medium of examination and the other as compulsory/elective subject plus a
    recognized diploma/certificate course of translation from Hindi to English and vice versa or two
    years experience of translation work from Hindi to English and vice versa in Central Govt. Offices
    including Govt. of India Undertaking.

Desirable:
PG Degree of Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD) in various courses
will be an added advantage.

Assistant

  • Essential:
  1. Degree of a recognized University or equivalent
  2. Three years experience in Administration and Accounts
  • Desirable
  1.  Working knowledge of personal computer
  2.  PG Degree of Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD) in various courses
    will be an added advantage

Librarian

  • Essential:
  1.  Degree of a recognized University or equivalent
  2.  Degree/Diploma in Library Science from a recognized University or equivalent
  • Desirable:
  1. Two years experience in reputed Library and using computers for maintaining Library records and
    knowledge of personal computer application
  2.  PG Degree of Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD) in various courses
    will be an added advantage

Stenographer Grade-II

  • Essential:
  1. 12th Class pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or University
  2.  Skill Test Norms: Dictation: 10 mts @80wpm; Transcription: 65mts (Eng), 75mts (Hindi) on manual
    typewriter or 50 mts (Eng.), 65 mts (Hindi) on computer
  3.  Equivalent speed of 100/80 wpm in English & Hindi stenography and 40/25 wpm in typewriting in
    English & Hindi
  4.  Working knowledge of computer
  • Desirable:
  1. PG Degree of Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD) in various courses
    will be an added advantage.

Computer Operator

  • Essential:
  1. Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.
  2.  Should posses a speed of not less than 8000 key depression per hour for Data Entry work.
  3.  One year certificate course in computer from a recognized Institute.

Accounts Clerk-Cum-Typist

Essential:

  1.  B.Com of a recognized university or.
  2.  Degree of a recognized University or equivalent with 2 year experience in Accounts work.
  3.  Typing speed of 30 w.p.m. in English or 25 w.p.m. in Hindi.
  4.  Knowledge of Computer application.
  • Desirable:
  1.  Experience of two years as National Service Volunteer (NSV)/ Rashtriya Sadbhavana Yojana (RSY)
    Volunteer or National Youth Corps (NYC) Volunteer.
  2. PG Degree of Rajiv Gandhi National Institute of Youth Development (RGNIYD) in various courses
    will be an added advantage.

Lower Division Clerk

  • Essential:
  1.  12th Class or Equivalent qualification from a Board of University.
  2.  A Typing Speed of 30 wpm in English or 25 wpm in Hindi on manual typewriter or a typing speed of
    35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi on Computer (35 wpm and 30 wpm correspond to 10500 key
    depressions/9000 key depressions on average of 5 key depressions of each word).

Multi Tasking Staff (MTS)

  • Essential:
  1. Matriculation or equivalent.
  • Desirable:
  1. Worked as NSV/RSY/NYC for a minimum period of one year.
  2.  “Training in Basic and Refresher course in Home Guard and Civil defense”.
